Winter honeysuckle is a very fragrant shrub and has a few common names, including Standing Honeysuckle, Sweet Breath of Spring, and January Jasmine. The size can get up to 6-10 feet in height and width and is not a vine like traditional honeysuckle. Hardy in zones 4-8 and thrives in sun to partial shade. Propagate through either purchasing seeds, harvesting seeds from ripe berries, or rooting softwood cuttings in water.
