The CC Young Facility is a LARGE multi-building, gated community. TVBA meets in "The Point" Building at The Pavilion.
*Enter the compound at the Guard-shack off Lawther Dr. (you'll see a "TVBA Logo Arrow" sign).
*Drive up the hill and through a small stop sign.
Look to the LEFT for the "TVBA Logo Arrow" sign! Parking is a one-way loop.
Serving as the hub of the community, The Point & Pavilion in the Central Park is the focal point of activity, fitness, learning, art, music and much more. Its architecture as well as its mix of meeting and event spaces make it a truly special place.
The Point and Pavilion act as a connection between CC Young and the surrounding communities, continuing their commitment to serving not only their residents and families, but everyone- including beekeepers!

The Point is a 20,000 square foot center of activity for CC Young residents and members of the general public who are 55 and forward. An innovative 'destination' facility, it features an art gallery, café, meditation chapel, fitness center, classrooms, an auditorium, a theater, rental spaces, a library and more.
At The Point, there is never a shortage of actives to get involved in. From exercise classes to The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, there is truly something for everyone. To see what’s happening this

The concept for The Point came from a group of men and women in 1997 who shared a vision to create a space for older adults to thrive in body, mind and spirit. We believe that every person’s spirit and creativity are ageless! Arts and culture are key requirements for the ageless to thrive.
CC Young is blessed to have two separate art galleries on campus for both residents and families to experience art from multiple sources.
