Registration closes: Monday, May 25th at 11:59 p.m.


  • When: Friday, May 29th
    • Apprentice Check-in: 8 am |Exam time: 8am – 12pm
    • Advanced/Master Check-in: 1pm | Exam time: 1pm – 4pm

  • APPRENTICE-LEVEL Master Beekeeper Testing:

    In order to register for Apprentice Testing you must be in our Apprentice Level 10-Week Online Course.. [REGISTER HERE FIRST].



  • ADVANCED-LEVEL Master Beekeeper Testing:

    In order to register for Advanced Testing you must be in our Advanced Level 10-Week Course.. [REGISTER HERE FIRST].



  • MASTER-LEVEL Master Beekeeper Testing:

    Email TMBP@ag.tamu.edu about your intent to take the exam.


    Exam FAQs:

  • Apprentice Testing will involve in-hive testing.
  • Please remember to bring your own bee suit, gloves, hive tool, lighter, and smoker.
  • We will provide smoker fuel; however, if you have a fuel preference, please feel free to bring your own. Appropriate attire is required.
  • Any participants dressed in inappropriate clothing (shorts, sandals, etc.) without adequate protective gear will not be permitted to take the exam.
  • Advanced & Master Level Testing does not involve in-hive testing, *No bee suit or other gear required.
