Thank you for your interest in supporting the 2026 Dallas Fort Worth Area Beekeepers Conference. Whether you are a potential vendor, speaker or volunteer we'd like to take a moment and say THANK YOU!

It takes a strong team effort to gather a bunch of quirky, busy beekeepers and bee enthusiasts in one place and keep their interest while we endeavor to fulfil the goals of this conference.

The sponsoring bee clubs of the DFW ABC have worked diligently since 2025 to bring together speakers, vendors and industry experts from around Texas to provide programming to engage those new to beekeeping so they can learn the basics of sustaining healthy honey bee colonies.

We are excited to announce the DFW Area Beekeepers Conference will host Dr. Leo Sharashkin, Kevin Inglin, Dr. Ferhat Ozturk and about 20 other Texas speakers!

An Elevated Vendor Space

Not just a Marketplace, but a Learning Space.

Our vision for the vendor space is to elevate the vendors' domain into an interactive and educational venue rather than simply a marketplace of products.

We will have short and interactive discussions, activities and demonstrations scheduled in the vendor space to keep participants engaged in the area. We are asking all vendors to provide a 15 minutes demonstration or interactive activity.

Lunch is not included but will be available for vendors to purchase.

Vendors can access the facility Friday, October 23 to set up their booth.

Vendors- submit the Registration Form and Vendor Entry Fee to reserve your space at the DFW ABC.

Volunteer for the DFW ABC!

Help event attendees learn, connect and grow with us as they navigate through the activities and presentation provided at the DFW ABC facility. Volunteers are scheduled for about three hours (split into short one-hour sessions) during the event.

This will be a rewarding experience for you as well as event attendees. As a thank you for your service you can attend the DFW ABC free of charge and your lunch is included.When not scheduled as a volunteer, you are free to experience the programming as you wish.

Submit the form below so we can register you as a volunteer. You will check in upon arrival to collect your name badge and review your assignments. Oh yea- we'll be sure to have some fresh tacos hot off the grill just for you at lunchtime!

Speaking & Presenting at the DFW ABC!

This event would not be possible without the dediicated and impassioned speakers and presenters that have volunteered their time and energy to help us inspire and educate the DFW beekeeping community.

Vendors- after you fill out the registration form please submit your Vendor Fee.

Speakers upgrading to an XL-Booth can also submit their $25 additional fee here:

Vendor Entry Fee to the DFW ABC
- $50 Standard Booth Fee: Includes standard booth space of 10x10 ft. with one 6-8ft. table and two chairs.
- $75 XL-Booth Fee: For a double-wide booth, 10 x 20 ft. with two tables and up to four chairs, please choose this "XL-Booth" option
- $25 XL-Booth Upgrade: FOR SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS ONLY
  - Only choose this option if you are a speaker/presenter requesting a Vendor Booth space and want to upgrade it to the XL size.
